Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026
This policy is for people in Washington and Nevada. It covers the consumer health data that Kilopilot, made by Ali Naranjisani trading as sunnyApps, collects under Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law. Our full Privacy Policy covers everything else.
The consumer health data we collect, and why
- Your health and safety answers: pain or injuries and how they feel, warning signs such as chest pain or fainting, long-term conditions, some kinds of medicine, pregnancy, a recent birth or breastfeeding, your relationship with food, smoking, alcohol, sleep and stress. We use them to build a plan that's safe for you, and to stop or soften a plan when it shouldn't go ahead.
- Your body data: sex, date of birth, height and weight, your goal and pace, how you track your body and your usual clothing size; with each weekly check-in, your average weight, your waist or how your clothes fit, and how you felt (energy, hunger, sleep and stress). We use it to set your calorie and protein targets and to adjust your plan each week.
- Your activity: sessions and sets done, whether your lifts went up, how many days you logged food, and average daily steps, some of which may come from Apple Health. When you start a new phase, also how each exercise went and your answers about the phase (what to keep or drop, what to work on next and how it felt). We use them to adjust your plan at your weekly check-in and to build your next phase.
- Your notes: anything about your health that you choose to write in a check-in note or a request to change your plan. We use it only to answer that check-in or that request.
We collect this data only to give you the plan and weekly coaching you ask for.
Where it comes from
From you, through the app: your answers, check-ins and notes. And from Apple Health, only if you connect it and only as weekly averages and counts.
Who we share it with
We don't sell consumer health data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own purposes. It goes only to the service providers that run Kilopilot for us under contract, and only to do that:
- Anthropic, our AI provider, to write your plan and coach notes;
- Supabase, our database and server host, to store it.
We may also have to disclose it to authorities if the law requires it. We have no affiliates.
Your rights
You can:
- see the consumer health data we have about you, and the providers we've shared it with: Me › Account & data › Export my data, or email us;
- withdraw your consent: delete your account, or email us;
- have your consumer health data deleted: Me › Account & data › Delete account. It's removed from our servers at once and from our backups within 7 days. You can also email us.
Email hello@kilopilot.com to use any of these rights or to appeal a decision we make about your request. We answer within 45 days. If we turn down an appeal, you can contact the Washington Attorney General (atg.wa.gov) or the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov).
